One of the things we love most about living in Delray Beach, is that there are so many great restaurants and fun places to walk to downtown, and less than a mile from the beach.
Here are my favorite, tried and true restaurants to make a priority when you’re Dining out in Delray Beach:
1. Caffe Luna Rosa: Right on A1A and directly across from the beach, Caffe Luna Rosa is a staple of Delray dining. With a large selection of Italian dishes, as well as gluten-free pizza and pasta options, Caffe Luna Rosa has a little bit of something for everyone.
2. Sundy House: Tucked into the oldest family home in Delray Beach, The Sundy House features dining in their tropical gardens and classic old South dining room and bar. Sundy House has a fantastic brunch, and is a romantic and unique dining experience for out of town visitors and celebrations alike.
3.Dada’s- Built in the historic Tarrimore house, Dada’s is an offbeat and eclectic restaurant run by the Sub-Culture Restaurant Group which runs some of the hippest restaurants and coffee shops in Palm Beach County. Don’t miss the stuffed date appetizers, live music on weekends, and nostalgic art collection.
4. City Oyster: City Oyster is the go-to place for seafood in Downtown Delray. A slightly upscale but very comfortable atmosphere, excellent service, and a great welcoming bar makes this our top choice in Downtown Delray Beach. With a full sushi bar and a rotating selection of fresh oysters, City Oyster is a great choice for drinks with friends, light bites before the bar, or date night.
